Mirayaa Jewellery
At Mirayaa Jewellery, we offer handcrafted Indian artisan jewellery made with care and tradition. Please read our returns and refunds policy carefully before purchasing.
Returns Eligibility
- Items must be unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required.
- Contact us at mirayaajewellery@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order to request a return.
- Returns must be approved before sending items back. Items returned without approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order on arrival.
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- Notify us at mirayaajewellery@gmail.com within 48 hours with clear photos of the issue.
- We will review the case and offer a replacement, store credit, or refund if appropriate.
Claims made after 48 hours or without photos may not be eligible for a resolution.
Non-Returnable Items
- Change of mind or personal preference
- Gift cards
- Custom-made or personalized products
- Sale or clearance items
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for the above.
Exchanges
To exchange, please return the item (if eligible) and place a new order separately.
Refunds
- Refunds are processed once the return is received and approved.
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Your bank or credit provider may take additional time to post the refund.
If you have not received your refund after 15 business days, please contact us.
EU Customers
If your order ships to the European Union, you have a 14-day right to cancel or return the order, provided items are unused, with tags, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase.
